El lugar es muy acogedor, desde que entras a hacer el check-in y las instalaciones en general. El personal es muy amable y se esfuerzan mucho por que tengas una estancia inolvidable. Tienen lindos detalles desde un chocolate en la almohada hasta un pequeño presente cuando haces el check out. Hacía frío así que no caminamos a la montaña, pero es posible. Aún así hay varios restaurantes en los alrededores. Totalmente recomendable y seguro regresaremos!

To whom it concerns: we came to the Big Pines late at night tired and travel worn from a long day.. We were greeted by Iftee and his wife. Can't say enough about how professional both he and his wife were and how quickly we were accommodated to our room! Our stay at your motel was very pleasant and we can't say enough for Iftee and his wife who were kind enough to bring extra towels, and answer all are questions. Thank you, we will be back. Lo que más me gustó del Franciscan Lakeside Lodge fue que las habitaciones eran cómodas, bien temperadas, con todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar, la cama era muy cómoda también, tenía estacionamiento gratis y relativamente cercano a un supermercado y al centro de ski Northstar. También quisiera agregar la disposición y amabilidad del personal que fueron muy acogedores y el acceso a una playa privada que entrega una vista excepcional del Lake Tahoe
